The CSVA Conference powered by Catapult will take place February 1st-3rd 2027 in Nashville, TN. Teaming up with Catapult ensures that CSVA’s conference will attract the most people, the best vendors, and provide the best opportunity for the collegiate video community to meet at one time. CSVA Membership is required to attend, so make sure to renew your membership for 2027! Memberships for 2027 will go live later this year.

Does this take place of the yearly conference in May?
Yes! The CSVA Conference powered by Catapult will be the singular collegiate conference for the calendar year, making this the best time to see emerging technologies, develop professional skills, and network with your colleagues from around the country.
Do you need to be a CSVA Member to attend?
Yes. The CSVA Conference powered by Catapult will require each attendee to be a paid conference member of CSVA. Memberships will renew in January and be effective through the calendar year.
Where will the conference be in 2027?
The conference will be held in Nashville, TN February 1st-3rd at the W Hotel in Nashville. A hotel booking link will be available for reserving your room soon, including information about the room discount provided by Catapult.
What will the conference look like?
CSVA powered by Catapult will include events of both previous events that you have come to know. There will be development sessions hosted by various members of CSVA, presentations by Catapult on upcoming innovations and changes, a robust vendor hall, and conference meetings. Along the way there will be several social events and it will all be capped off with the CSVA awards banquet the night of the 3rd.
